NRB "Gha" 38/071/72 on 2071/04/21 by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) under the Bank and Financial Institution Act 2063. The Bittiya Sanstha has commenced its financial transaction from 2071/08/08 B.S. It is providing micro-financial services to the low income & underprivileged people of remote Village Development Committees of Bagmati provence . Mr. Maskey has three Master’s degrees, two in statistics and one in business administration. He has completed his Diploma & M. Sc in statistics from LSE London and M. Sc statistics & MBA from TU Nepal. He has more than twenty years of experience including extensive experience both at national and local levels for providing technical assistance and training & capacity building required to strengthen the current system. He has experience on efficient project implementation, delivery and coordination. He has good exposer and experience on coordination with stakeholders, local partners, UN Police & local police, Army, Donors, INGOs, and Ministry. He has also experience on preparing annual, quarterly and monthly plan for the effective execution of the project activities. He has started his career as statistics from APROSC, which is an agriculture research institute. He has completed his study on statistics and worked with different agencies in Nepal and outside Nepal that has provided good skill on social survey, research work, data collection, data analysis, interpretation and report writing & presentation. He has Lead teams of professionals in designing a survey and conducting field research to collect quantitative and qualitative data through direct interview, key informant interviews, focus group discussions on a variety of indicators and questions, and Analyzed quantitative and qualitative data to derive findings, conclusions, and recommendations
He has worked in the area of election in different countries including Nepal and with UN agencies. He has worked as M & E specialist as well as HMIS specialist that has provided good experience on support to maintain the M & E system for effective monitoring the progresses, results, outcomes and impact of the project. He is able to design and standardize formats for reporting dissemination of information and well versed in increasing the systematic use of data for decision making, providing quality, measurable results in both health systems strengthening and health outcomes. He has good experience on managing full aspects of the project's M&E plan, including collect, record, and analyze data with special emphasis placed on quality and efficiency, maintaining M&E database and keeping track of performance indicators. He has been involved in training staff and partners on M&E design, management and implementation as a part of the capacity building and support of staff and partners.
He has worked extensively in Nepal and throughout the region in program management. While working for the National Vitamin ‘A’ Program in Nepal he has made extensive visits to different part of the country during his field visit program. Mr. Maskey has good skill and knowledge on word, excel, access, SPSS, Epi-Info and programming.
Mr. Maskey has completed eLearning on Data Demand and Use, Monitoring & Evaluation, Environment Health, Water Supply and Sanitation Policy, Municipal Solid Waste Management, Rural Sanitation at Scale, Nutrition, Cash Transfer Programming, Gender Issues, Human Rights, Sphere and Conflict Analysis. He has also completed eLearning on The Sphere Handbook: one of the most widely known and internationally recognized sets of common principles and universal minimum standards for the delivery of quality humanitarian response, broad acceptance by the humanitarian sector as a whole. The minimum standards cover four primary life-saving areas of humanitarian aid: water supply, sanitation and hygiene promotion; food security and nutrition; shelter, settlement and non-food items; and health action.
